To create a safe space for students where they feel comfortable sharing ideas and enjoy learning.
Why did you choose UMKC?
I grew up in a small town so I liked that UMKC was in the middle of the city because it gave me a different perspective on different groups of people.
What are you involved with on campus?
Alpha Sigma Alpha, Campus Ambassador
What’s your favorite thing about UMKC?
My favorite thing about UMKC is that it is in the middle of the city so it’s a very unique experience compared to other college campuses.
What’s your favorite thing about KC?
Kansas City has great parks; my personal favorite is West Terrace park; has the best view of the city.
May you share a fun fact with us?
I once stayed at a military base in Germany!
What is your ultimate comfort meal or food?
Macaroni and Cheese

To get involved on campus! It’s a great way to get to know people and it’s an easy way to branch out of your comfort zone and try new things.
